Getting Started
How does Luna setup work?
Simple. Unbox Luna, place her on the nightstand, plug her in, and use our app to connect her to WiFi. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. Luna introduces herself to your loved one and starts learning their routines right away. If you need help, our team can walk you through it by phone.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Luna?
Not at all. If you can download an app and connect to WiFi, you can set up Luna. And your loved one doesn't need any tech skills—Luna is completely voice-based. They just talk to her like they would a friend.
What do I need to get started?
You'll need: WiFi in your loved one's bedroom, a nightstand or flat surface near the bed, and an iPhone for initial setup (don't have an iPhone? See our Android workarounds). That's it.
How long does shipping take?
Luna typically ships within 3-5 business days and arrives 5-7 days after that, depending on your location. We'll send tracking information as soon as she ships.
Can I set up Luna remotely for a parent who lives far away?
Yes! You can ship Luna directly to them and walk them through setup by phone, or schedule a time to do it together on video call. Our support team can also help guide them if needed.

What does Luna actually do?
Luna is an AI companion that provides 24/7 support through conversation, reminders, and engagement—plus contactless health monitoring. She reminds them about medications, plays games, tells stories, answers questions, and tracks their sleep and vitals. You get weekly reports so you always know how they're doing.
How does the health monitoring work without a wearable?
Luna uses radar technology to monitor sleep, heart rate, and breathing rate from across the room. No cameras, no wearables—just ambient sensing that your loved one won't even notice.
Will my parent feel "watched"?
No. There are no cameras, and Luna only speaks when spoken to (or at scheduled reminder times). Most users describe her as a friendly presence, not a monitor. She's designed to support independence, not make them feel observed.
Does Luna have a camera?
No. Luna has no camera. Privacy and dignity are core to how we designed her.
How does Luna remember things about my loved one?
Luna learns through conversation. She remembers their stories, interests, and preferences—so she can ask follow-up questions and have meaningful conversations over time. The more they talk to her, the more she understands them.
Pricing & Membership
How much does Luna cost?
$99/month (or $79/month if you choose annual billing). There's a one-time $149 setup fee. Everything is covered by our 60-day guarantee.
What's included in the membership?
Everything. Luna device, 24/7 AI companionship, health monitoring, medication reminders, weekly family reports, customer support, continuous updates, and device replacement if anything goes wrong.
Do I own the device or is it a rental?
Luna is a rental included with your membership. If you cancel, you just send her back. This keeps costs down and means we can always replace her if there's ever an issue.
What happens if I cancel?
Contact us, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Return Luna within 90 days of cancellation, and you're all set. No penalties, no hassle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Monthly plans have no commitment—cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year.
Does insurance or Medicare cover Luna?
Currently, Luna is not covered by insurance or Medicare. We're working on partnerships to change that. In some cases, HSA/FSA funds may be eligible—check with your provider.
Technical Questions
What happens if the internet goes out?
Luna will reconnect automatically when the internet comes back. During an outage, she won't be able to have conversations or send reports, but she'll pick up right where she left off once connected.
Does Luna work with Android phones?
Initial setup currently requires an iPhone. However, if you can borrow an iPhone, it's only necessary for setup.
What if my parent sleeps with a pet or partner?
Luna can work in these situations, but vitals accuracy may be affected. Pets on the bed or a partner can interfere with individual vital sign readings. Book a fit consultation to discuss your specific situation—there are often workarounds.
How accurate is the health monitoring?
Luna's radar-based monitoring provides general wellness insights—trends and patterns over time. It's designed for awareness, not medical diagnosis. For clinical-grade accuracy, always consult healthcare providers.
Is Luna FDA approved?
Luna is not an FDA-approved medical device. The health monitoring features are intended for general wellness and informational purposes only, not for diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions.
Privacy & Security
Who can see my loved one's health data?
Only you and the family members you designate. Data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell or share personal health information.
Is Luna listening all the time?
Luna listens for her wake word and during scheduled interactions. She's not recording and storing all conversations. You can mute the sensors at any time
How is data stored and protected?
